  • sourdough bread: 4 piece (sliced, large slices)
  • avocados: 2 piece (halved and pitted)
  • Quick Pickled Red Onions: 8 Tbsp
  • hemp seeds: 4 Tbsp

  1. Toast the sourdough bread in a toaster or under the broiler.
