Ingredients
- sourdough bread: 4 piece (sliced, large slices)
- avocados: 2 piece (halved and pitted)
- Quick Pickled Red Onions: 8 Tbsp
- hemp seeds: 4 Tbsp

Toast the sourdough bread in a toaster or under the broiler.

Scoop the flesh out of the avocados and, using a fork, mash it on top of each slice of toast. Divide the red onions and hemp seeds equally over the toasts. Enjoy!
