- baby spinach: 4 cups (torn, fresh)
- avocados - peeled, pitted, and: 2 piece (diced)
- walnut oil: 0.25 cup
- olive oil: 0.25 cup
- lime: 1 piece (juiced)
- sweet paprika: 0.5 tsp
