- chili powder: 2 tsp
- paprika: 1 tsp
- white sugar: 1 tsp
- salt: 0.5 tsp
- onion powder: 0.5 tsp
- garlic powder: 0.5 tsp
- ground cumin: 0.5 tsp
- skinless, boneless chicken breasts: 1 pound (sliced)
- red bell peppers: 2 piece (sliced)
- onion: 1 piece (sliced)
- corn tortillas: 12 piece

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).

Mix cornstarch, chili powder, paprika, sugar, salt, onion powder, garlic powder, and cumin together in a bowl.
