Baked jalapeño poppers stuffed with Cheddar cheese, cream cheese, and panko bread crumbs for added crunch. Baking them is so much easier than frying them!

Ingredients

  • cooking spray:
  • jalapeno peppers, halved lengthwise and: 12 piece (seeded)
  • ounces cream cheese: 2 piece (softened)
  • ounces shredded Cheddar cheese: 2 piece
  • panko bread crumbs: 0.25 cup

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray.
