Ingredients
- rolled oats: 1 cup
- Almond Breeze Unsweetened Vanilla Almondmilk: 0.5 cup
- banana: 1 piece
- egg: 1 piece
- baking powder: 1 tsp
- cinnamon: 1 tsp
- vanilla extract: 1 tsp
- honey or maple syrup: 2 Tbsp
- pinch of salt:
- lemon, zested and: 1 piece (juiced)
- to 15 blueberries: 10 piece
- raw sugar: (to taste)
- cocoa powder: 1 Tbsp
- to 15 semi-sweet chocolate chips: 10 piece
- almond butter: 1 Tbsp
- raspberries: 10 piece
- to 15 Blue Diamond Sliced Almonds: 10 piece

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). blend for 1 minute.

Combine rolled oats, Almond Breeze Unsweetened Vanilla Almondmilk, banana, egg, baking powder, cinnamon, vanilla extract, honey, and salt in a blender; blend for 1 minute.

Grease 3 small ramekins with cooking spray. Pour oatmeal mixture evenly into the ramekins. Mix in and top with ingredients from the flavor of your choice.

Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick poked in the center comes out clean, 20 to 30 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow to cool for a few minutes before enjoying warm!
