- zucchini, cut into french-fry shaped pieces: 3 piece
- salt: (to taste)
- eggs: 2 piece (beaten)
- panko bread crumbs: 1 cup
- Parmesan cheese: 0.25 cup (grated)
- italian seasoning: 2 Tbsp
