According to this recipe you may cook not only salmon but any other fish you like. It is ideal for picnic. This fish-dish is tasty and juicy. You may serve it without trimming.
Ingredients
- black pepper: 1 tsp
- tarragon: 0.5 tsp
- garlic: 1 clove
- parsley: 2 piece
- dill: 2 piece
- green onion: 4 piece
- butter: 2 Tbsp
- celery: 1 piece
- carrots: 1 piece
- soy sauce: 4 Tbsp
- salmon: 400 g

Scale salmon, cut into big pieces, pour over soy sauce and leave for half an hour.

Wash and peel carrot, cut into pieces. Slice celery.

Chop green onions, garlic, dill and parsley.

Now mix soft butter, chopped onions, dill, parsley and black pepper.

Take foil, fold it in two, place two pieces of salmon and spread "green" butter over it.

Put sliced carrot and celery over.

Roll salmon into foil. Bake into pre-heated to 220 C degrees (428 F) during 25 minutes.

Serve salmon with vegetables hot. Enjoy!
