Ingredients
- corn meal: 0.5 cup
- wheat flour: 1 cup
- cream: 3 Tbsp
- baking powder: 1 tsp
- banana: 3 piece
- sugar: 0.5 cup
- butter: 150 g

In a bowl whisk butter and sugar.

Now add cream, baking powder and grated bananas. If bananas are ripe, the colour of muffins would be deeper and flavour more pleasant.

Add wheat flour and corn meal. Mix everything properly. The mixture must be smooth and enough thick.

Take a muffin tray and spoon dough. Bake in pre-heated to 170 C degrees (375 F) oven during 30 - 40 minutes.

Take out of the oven and leave for some time, let it cool. Sprinkle powdered sugar. Enjoy.
