Banana bread is a perfect dish for lunch or evening dessert. You will surely like it. This bread has a very pleasant flavour, and walnuts bring some delicate notes. Once you try, you will cook it every day.

- banana: 3 piece
- butter: 110 g
- sugar: 220 g
- egg: 2 piece
- vanilla sugar: 1 tsp
- baking powder: 1 tsp
- salt: 1 pinch
- flour: 280 g
- walnuts: 10 piece

Take a large bowl, put in butter and sugar. Whisk everything until it becomes smooth.

Add eggs and vanila sugar. Stir ingredients properly.

Peell bananas and knead them with the help of fork. Add bananas to the dough and stir everything again.

Take another bowl and mix there flour, salt and baking powder. Add this mixture to the dough. Shell walnuts and crumble them up. Mix with the dough. Leave some walnuts to beautify bread.

Take a baking form, cover all of it with baking paper. Spread the dough all over it. Take walnuts, press them to the dough. Bake in the preheated to 180 degrees oven for about 75 minutes.

Put bread out of the oven and give it some rest for about 20 minutes.
