Stages of cooking
-
To start with, get minced meat ready. You can use any minced meat you like. I used the one made of pork
-
Cut the bread (without bread crust) into pieces, pour water into a bowl and put the bread inside it. Knead the bread afterwards
-
Mix minced meat, eggs, bread, salt and pepper well
-
Chop onion and garlic
-
Chop fennel, parsley and sun-dried tomatoes. Slice the black olives
-
Add onion, garlic, black olives, tomatoes, fennel and parsley to the minced meat. Mix everything well
-
Take the bread-shaped baking form and cover it with baking paper if needed. Spoon the minced meat you have prepared inside the form and spread it well. Heat the oven to 200 degrees and bake the meatloaf for about 50 minutes
-
While the meatloaf is being cooked, take bread crumbs, mustard and honey
-
Mix the ingredients
-
As soon as 50 minutes are over, take the meatloaf from the oven and cover it with the mustard sauce. Place the dish back into the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes more
-
That’s it! Your meatloaf with mustard is now ready! Remove it from the baking form carefully and serve hot or cold. The dish tastes great in both cases. Bon appétit!
