Bean dip is a Mexican dish, which contains tomatoes, onions and lots of aromatic spices. The dish will become your favorite since the very first portion. Try cooking it right away to surprise your family and friends!

Ingredients

  • black beans : 1 can
  • canned tomatoes : 1 can (diced)
  • canned corn : 1 can
  • red pepper : 1 piece
  • sweet green pepper : 1 piece
  • onion : 1 piece
  • garlic : 2 clove
  • cumin : 0.5 tsp (or any other spices you like)
  • lime juice : 1 tsp
  • cheese : 20 g (shredded)

Stages of cooking

  1. pepperChop the peppers, onion and garlic, sauté on medium heat.

  2. Add corn, beans and tomatoes.

  3. Now, add spices and a bit of water.

  4. Simmer without a lid for about 15-20 minutes.

  5. Add cheese to make the dish denser and a few teaspoons of lime juice.

  6. If you wish, you can add canned corn as well to give the dish unique taste. Bon appétit!
