Many people believe that vegetarian dishes resemble each other and do not have any special ingredients that can make them stand out in the crowd. Having cooked beans in the mustard sauce, you will make sure that this is not so! The dish is so unusual and delicious that it will surely become one of your favorite meals!
Ingredients
- beans: 1 cup
- brussels sprout: 350 g
- cauliflower: 350 g
- carrots: 1 piece
- mustard: 3 Tbsp
- lemon juice: 2 Tbsp
- water: 0.25 cup
- salt: 0.5 tsp
- black pepper: 0.5 tsp
- olive oil: 2 Tbsp
- samphire: 1 piece

Soak the beans in water for the night and then boil them.

Mix mustard, lemon juice, olive oil and water to cook the sauce.

Cut cauliflower into florets. Then cut Brussels sprout into halves. Chop samphire into 4 parts and cut the carrots into cubes.

Put all the vegetables into a hot frying pan and stew for about 30 minutes on oil.

Add boiled beans, mustard sauce, salt and black pepper. Mix and keep stewing for about 2-3 minutes.
