This beef tips and noodles recipe is a great dish that's very easy to make with just a few ingredients. Great with rolls of any type. I got this recipe from my mom years ago and it is still a family favorite.
Ingredients
- condensed cream of mushroom soup: 1 can (10.5 ounce can)
- beef with onion soup mix: 1 pack (1.25 ounce pack)
- mushrooms: 1 can (4.5 ounce can, drained)
- water: 1 cup
- sirloin tips: 1 pound (cubed)
- wide egg noodles: 1 pack (16 ounce pack)

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

Combine condensed soup, soup mix, mushrooms, and water in a 13x9-inch casserole dish. Mix thoroughly and add beef tips. Turn to coat well.

Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour.

While beef tips are cooking, bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add noodles and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.

Serve beef tips and sauce over noodles.
