This impossible pumpkin pie with Bisquick is one of the dishes we all love at Thanksgiving.

  • biscuit baking mix: 0.5 cup
  • butter: 2 Tbsp
  • evaporated milk: 1 can (12 fluid ounce can)
  • eggs: 2 piece
  • solid pack pumpkin puree: 1 pack (15 ounce pack)
  • ½ teaspoons pumpkin pie spice: 2 piece
  • vanilla extract: 2 tsp

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9-inch pie pan.
