I got this recipe from a friend who can't remember where she got it. It's different than the usual creamy spreads and is versatile and delicious.
Ingredients
- black olives: 1 can (10 ounce can)
- freshly grated Parmesan cheese: 3 Tbsp
- clove garlic: 1 piece (chopped)
- Extra virgin olive oil: 1 Tbsp
