- extra-virgin olive oil: 4 Tbsp (divided)
- smoked paprika: 1 tsp
- dried oregano: 0.5 tsp
- garlic powder: 0.5 tsp
- freshly ground black pepper: 0.5 tsp
- salt: 0.25 tsp
- dried basil: 0.25 tsp
- cayenne pepper: 0.125 tsp
- green beans: 1 pound (trimmed)
