Moist, cake-like apple brownies that are perfect for fall. Everyone asks me for this recipe once they've tasted them. Wonderful served warm with vanilla ice cream.

Ingredients

  • salted butter: 1 cup (softened)
  • white sugar: 1 cup
  • lightly packed light brown sugar: 1 cup
  • eggs: 2 piece
  • all-purpose flour: 2 cups
  • baking powder: 1 tsp
  • ground cinnamon: 1 tsp
  • McIntosh apples - peeled, cored, and: 6 piece (diced)

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
