A delicious and rich fat bomb made with blueberries and cream cheese, perfect for a ketogenic diet.
Ingredients
- blueberries: 3 cup (divided)
- unsweetened coconut cream: 0.25 cup
- cream cheese: 2.5 oz (softened)
- coconut butter: 0.5 cup (melted)
- coconut oil: 0.5 cup (melted)
- liquid stevia: 8 fl oz

Place 1/2 cup berries, coconut cream, and cream cheese in a food processor and process until smooth. Add coconut butter, coconut oil, and stevia and process again until smooth.

Fill up each well of a 12-cup silicone mold or mini muffin tin lined with cupcake wrappers with an equal amount of the blueberry mixture and drop the remaining blueberries on top.

Place in the freezer until hardened, about 30 minutes. Store in the refrigerator.
