These Peanut Butter Fat Bombs combine crunchy peanut butter and crushed peanuts for an unbeatable texture, perfect for a low-carb snack.
Ingredients
- coconut oil: 1 cup (melted)
- unsalted butter: 0.5 cup (softened, room temperature)
- no-sugar-added unsalted crunchy peanut butter: 0.5 cup (smooth)
- cream cheese: 2 Tbsp (softened)
- liquid stevia: 10 clove
- crushed unsalted peanuts: 0.25 cup
