A healthy and delicious granola made with nuts, coconut, and blueberries, perfect for breakfast or snacking.
                    Ingredients
- crushed raw almonds: 1 cup
 - crushed raw walnuts: 0.5 cup
 - crushed raw cashews: 0.5 cup
 - unsweetened shredded coconut: 0.5 cup
 - no-sugar-added cashew butter: 0.5 cup
 - ground flaxseeds: 0.25 cup
 - coconut oil: 4 Tbsp (melted)
 - frozen wild blueberries: 1 cup

                                        Preheat oven to 200°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

                                        Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and toss to combine. Spread out on baking sheet.

                                        Bake 4 hours or until golden and crispy. Remove from oven and allow to cool.

                                        Transfer to an airtight container and store in the refrigerator until ready to eat.
