A healthy and delicious granola made with nuts, coconut, and blueberries, perfect for breakfast or snacking.

Ingredients

  • crushed raw almonds: 1 cup
  • crushed raw walnuts: 0.5 cup
  • crushed raw cashews: 0.5 cup
  • unsweetened shredded coconut: 0.5 cup
  • no-sugar-added cashew butter: 0.5 cup
  • ground flaxseeds: 0.25 cup
  • coconut oil: 4 Tbsp (melted)
  • frozen wild blueberries: 1 cup

  1. Preheat oven to 200°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
