My coworker Lori makes this brunch salad and we all absolutely love it! It's quick and easy with absolutely no cooking required. Great during the warm summer months.
Ingredients
- bags baby spinach: 2 piece (10 ounce)
- bananas: 2 piece (sliced)
- strawberries: 12 piece (sliced, fresh)
- mandarin oranges: 1 can (10 ounce can, drained)
- cranberries: 0.5 cup (dried)
- pine nuts: 0.5 cup
- poppy seed salad dressing: 1 cup
