Ingredients
- diced, cooked rotisserie chicken: 2 cups
- ounces cream cheese: 8 piece (softened)
- ounces shredded Colby-Jack Cheese: 8 piece
- ounces honey-flavored goat cheese: 4 piece (softened)
- Buffalo wing sauce: 0.5 cup
- blue cheese salad dressing: 0.5 cup
- green bell pepper: 2 Tbsp (chopped)
- onion: 1 Tbsp (chopped)
- celery: 1 Tbsp (chopped)
- scallions: 1 Tbsp (for garnish, chopped, optional)
