This is a great appetizer with a cheesy yet sweet flavor.
Ingredients
- cream cheese: 2 packages (8 ounce packages)
- pineapple: 1 can (8 ounce can, drained, crushed)
- onion: 1 Tbsp (diced)
- green bell pepper: 1 Tbsp (chopped)
- seasoning salt: 0.25 Tbsp
- pecans: 1 cup (chopped)

Form into a ball and roll in chopped pecans. Chill and serve with butter crackers.
