This recipe for crispy totchos — nachos made with tater tots — features bite-sized tater tot pieces piled high with Buffalo chicken and cheese for a "nacho" experience your friends and family will love!

  • frozen bite-size potato nuggets (such as Tater Tots®): 1 pack (32 ounce pack)
  • boneless skinless chicken breasts: 2 pound (cubed)
  • ½ teaspoons celery seed: 1 piece
  • olive oil: 1 Tbsp
  • Buffalo wing sauce: 0.66667 cup
  • Monterey Jack cheese: 1 cup (shredded)
  • ranch dressing: 0.5 cup

  1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).
