- dark chocolate 75% : 200 g
- butter : 170 g
- brown sugar : 200 g (you can use regular sugar as well)
- egg : 4 piece (large)
- whole-wheat flour : 100 g
- cocoa powder : 3 Tbsp
- toffee : 250 g
Stages of cooking
Mix chocolate with butter and melt them on small fire. Do not forget to stir the mixture
Add sugar, eggs and mix once again
Sift the flour
Add cocoa powder and mix one more time
Pre-heat the oven to 170 degrees. Cover the baking form with baking paper, butter it well and dredge with flour. Pour the batter into the baking form, spread it well using a spoon. Bake in the oven for about 12 minutes. The brownie should be very soft
Take the baking form from the oven, break or cut the toffees and decorate the brownie with them. If possible, plunge them into the hot brownie to melt them a bit. Place the baking form back into the oven for 7-8 minutes more. Take it away and wait until your brownie cools down. It is also recommended to place the dessert into a fridge for a couple of hours. Bon appetite!
