- ground cardamom: 1 tsp
- ground coriander: 1 tsp
- ground black pepper: 0.5 tsp
- grapeseed oil: 0.25 cup
- maple syrup: 2 Tbsp
- salmon fillet: 1 piece (2 pound, cut into 3-inch pieces)
