Carrot waffles are absolutely amazing. They are colorful, bright and law in calories, so you may cook them if you are keeping diet. You can make them sweet or not, both variants are tasty and interesting.

Ingredients

  • vegetable oil: 70 ml
  • flour: 4 Tbsp
  • semolina: 3 Tbsp
  • turmeric: 0.5 tsp
  • orange: 1 piece (you\'ll need its peel)
  • baking powder: 0.5 tsp
  • yogurt: 3 Tbsp
  • egg: 1 piece
  • salt: 1 pinch
  • sugar: 0.5 cup
  • carrots: 350 g
