This is one of the ways to cook taco. The stuffing is made of haricot guacamole, so it is very tasty and substantial. This is ideal snack.
Ingredients
- caraway: 1 tsp (seeds)
- green pepper: 1 piece (fresh)
- yogurt: 4 Tbsp
- lemon: 1 piece (medium, for juice)
- salt: 1 pinch
- black pepper: 1 pinch
- green onion: 1 piece
- rocket salad: 100 g
- radish: 8 piece
- tomatoes: 3 piece
- onion: 1 piece
- olive oil: 1 Tbsp
- avocado: 2 piece
- thyme: 2 piece
- carrots: 1 piece
- haricot: 400 g (black)
- flour tortillas: 4 piece

First preapare haricot. Put it in a bowl and pour in water, leave for 4 hours. Yes, it is long time, so make it beforehand. Then boil it during 1,5 hour,adding carrot, onion and thyme. When haricot is ready, pour water out and take away veggies and thyme.

Peel avocado, remove the clingstone and process in a blender. Now squash lemon juice, add haricot, olive oil, salt and pepper. Again process until it is smooth.

Chop green onion, tomato, green pepper and radish. Leave rocket salad as it is. Make a sauce: mix yogurt with salt, black pepper and caraway seeds.

Put tortillas on the pre-heated grill for several minutes. Spread guacamole on the one of its part and then cover with the other part.

Then take out of the flame, "open" it, place rocket salad, then sprinkle little olive oil, now spread salad, sprinkle little salt and finish with the sauce. Enjoy!
