Ingredients
- hard pressed cheese: 400 g (grated)
- butter: 60 g
- yogurt: 240 ml
- yeast powder: 0.5 tsp
- baking powder: 2.5 tsp
- salt: 0.5 tsp
- flour: 280 g

Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl. These are flour, salt, baking powder and yeast powder. Add butter and cut it with a knife. You can also use a fork to mash the butter

Add grated cheese, yogurt and mix the ingredients

Knead the dough. If it is a bit sticky, add more flour

Divide the dough into 2 parts. Roll out the first part of the dough. It should be around 2 cm thick

Then divide the dough into 8 parts as it is shown on the photo

Cover the dough with yogurt and bake in the oven at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes

Repeat the same actions with the second part of the dough
