Stages of cooking
-
Take chocolate biscuits and mill them using your blender or kitchen machine. Add melted butter and mix it well.
-
Take a baking form, which should be around 24 cm in diameter and ram down the chocolate base of your cheesecake
-
Melt white chocolate on the water-bath
-
Cover gelatin with 50 g of water and warm it on the water-bath until the gelatin dissolves
-
Mix cream cheese with powdered sugar and stir everything well to get a smooth mass. Attention! Cream cheese should be of the indoor temperature. This is required to prevent the product from having the lumps. Add chocolate to the cream cheese and powdered sugar. Stir everything well
-
Pour the melted gelatin and stir well until the mixture becomes smooth. Add vanilla essence and stir once again
-
Take another bowl and whip the cream. Add the cream in three steps, stirring the mixture with a spoon. That’s it! The cream is ready! It does not require much time to set, so hurry up to cover the base of the cheesecake
-
Pour one layer of the cream and put the chocolate biscuits on it as you wish. Cover the first layer with the second one and decorate it with the chocolate biscuits once again. Repeat the step one more time.
-
Put the cheesecake in the fridge for a couple of hours. Then remove the cake and decorate it with chocolate biscuits and whipped cream. That’s it! The dessert is just delicious! Bon appétit!
