Stages of cooking
-
Mill the bread using your blender or kitchen machine. Melt the butter and mix ix with the breadcrumbs
-
Take the baking form and spread the breadcrumbs with butter on its bottom. It is recommended to take the form, which is not too large (around 18 cm wide). This will make your cheesecake higher. Ram down the base of the cheesecake using the spoon and leave it in the fridge for about 20 minutes
-
Get the gelatin ready. If necessary, leave it for 10-15 minutes in the water until it softens a bit. Meanwhile, mix wine with lemon juice. Then place the pot or the bowl with gelatin on small fire and keep stirring until the gelatin dissolves. Cut the salmon into small pieces.
-
Grate the onion and cut the green onion into small pieces.
-
Mix cream cheese with onion and salmon, add salt and pepper. Sit everything well to get the smooth topping for your cheesecake.
-
If you have not whipped the cream yet, it is high time to do that right now! Mix the whipped cream with gelatin and stir the mixture well once again.
-
Pour the topping on the base of your cheesecake and leave it in the fridge for several hours (preferably, for the night). The taste will be delightful! Your guests and family will certainly enjoy the appetizer!
