This cheesy chicken broccoli casserole is sure to hit the spot when you are craving something creamy and comforting with very little prep on a busy weeknight. Eat as-is or serve over rice.
Ingredients
- unsalted butter: 1 tsp (or as needed)
- skinless, boneless chicken breasts: 2 piece (cubed)
- broccoli: 3 cups (finely chopped)
- condensed cream of chicken soup: 2 cans (10.5 ounce cans)
- cheddar cheese: 1 cup (shredded)
- Parmesan cheese: 1 cup (divided, shredded)
- mozzarella cheese: 0.5 cup (shredded)
- sour cream: 0.5 cup
- pinch ground black pepper: 1 piece (to taste)

Meanwhile, combine broccoli, cream of chicken soup, Cheddar cheese, 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, sour cream, and pepper in a large bowl. Mix well. Dotdash Meredith Food Studios
