Try to prepare chicken breasts with potato. This simple dish will be perfect for lunch. Chicken breasts and potato will give you strength for the whole day.

Ingredients

  • chicken breasts: 500 g
  • lemon juice: 2 Tbsp
  • white pepper: 1 pinch
  • olive oil: 2 Tbsp
  • onion: 1 piece
  • cherry tomatoes: 200 g
  • mustard: 2 Tbsp (french)
  • rosemary: 0.5 tsp
  • thyme: 0.5 tsp
  • bouillon: 200 ml (chicken or vegetable)
  • hard pressed cheese: 150 g
  • potato: 600 g
  • salt: 1 tsp

  1. Wash Chicken breasts , dry with paper towels from moisture, salt, pepper and add lemon juice.

  2. Turn on the oven to warm up to 180 * C. Heat  the pan, pour olive oil, heat it and put breasts. Fry on both sides over high heat for 2-3 minutes. until it becomes golden.

  3. Mix mustard with herbs: rosemary and thyme.

  4. In a baking dish put cut onions (green onions or leeks), On top - fried chicken breasts.

    P.S. Onions can also be pre-fry lightly.
