Among various recipes with chicken breast I want to mark this one - chicken breast with wine sauce. This combination makes this dish delicious. Besides, it is very easy, so you don\'t need much time to cook it.
Ingredients
- vegetable oil: 5 Tbsp
- black pepper: 1 pinch
- salt: 1 pinch
- parsley: 0.5 bunch
- flour: 20 g
- garlic: 3 clove
- butter: 30 g
- cream: 1 cup
- rosemary: 2 piece
- bulb onion: 0.5 piece
- chicken breasts: 4 piece
- white dry wine: 1.5 cup

Wash chicken breasts, sprinkle salt, black pepper and rosemary.

Dip chicken breasts into flour and fry during 5 minutes each side on medium heat. Then put aside and cover with foil. Before frying, pour vegetable oil into a frying pan.

Cut garlic and bulb onion, fry untill they become golden. Than pour in wine and fry all on high heat during 5 minutes. Pour in cream and cut parsley, heat until a half of this mixture will evaporate. Stir all the time.

Place chicken breasts into this sauce. Turn breasts to cover them with sauce.

Serve this dish with broccoli or spinach. Enjoy.
