Most of us love pancakes. Everybody knows its flavour, they are cooked in every family. Ricotta pancakes is something amazing. It is tender, fluffy and absolutely delicious. The recipe is simple as the usual pancake recipe. You should try it.
Ingredients
- sugar: 3 Tbsp
- baking powder: 1 tsp
- flour: 100 g
- ricotta: 250 g
- milk: 125 ml

Take a bowl, whisk ricotta with sugar, add milk, yolks and mix until it becomes smooth.

Now add flour and baking powder, stir everything properly. Whisk egg-whites and pour into the dough. Stir carefully, make it smooth. The dough must become fluffy and soft.

Fry pancakes on medium heat on a frying pan with non-stick coating without the use of oil. As soon as the surface of the pancake starts bubble, turn it on the other side.

Serve pancakes with your favourite jam, honey or cream. Enjoy!
