Ingredients

  • water: 8 cups
  • garlic powder: 1 tsp
  • hot pepper sauce: 1 Tbsp
  • carrots, sliced thin: 2 piece
  • ounces fresh mushrooms: 4 piece
  • frozen okra, thawed and: 1 pack (10 ounce pack, sliced)
  • uncooked wild rice: 0.25 cup
  • skinless, boneless chicken breast half: 1 piece (cut into cubes)
  • ½ cups uncooked rotini pasta: 1 piece
  • salt and ground black pepper: (to taste)
  • green onions: 3 piece (sliced)

  1. Bring water to a boil. Season with garlic powder and hot pepper sauce. Add in carrots and mushrooms. Cook for 5 minutes.
