Ingredients
- chickpea: 350 g (dry)
- chicken fillet: 300 g
- tomatoes: 500 g (you can use canned tomatoes)
- carrots: 1 piece (large)
- celery: 1 piece
- garlic: 1 piece
- water: 2.5 cup
- olive oil: 2 Tbsp
- salt: 1 tsp
- black pepper: 0.5 tsp

Wash the chickpea, put it into a large bowl and pour water to cover the chickpea up to 5 cm. Leave overnight, then drain and wash with cool water. Put the chickpea into the crock pot, add water, cover the device and cook at the LOW regime for 6 hours

Peel and chop carrots, celery and onion. Slice the chicken fillet into 2*2 strips. Use the garlic press to squeeze out the garlic.

Heat the frying pan, add 1 tbsp of olive oil, put carrots, onion and celery into it and cook for about 6 minutes. The vegetables should become a bit softer, but they should not change their color.

Put the vegetables into the crock pot, mix with chickpea and continue cooking them in the device

Scald the tomatoes, remove the skins, cut into small pieces and drain. If you use canned tomatoes, then just open the can and drain the vegetables.

6 hours later, fry the chicken fillet so that it became “golden”.

Add tomatoes and garlic, stir everything well. Add the mixture into the crock pot with salt and black pepper. Stir once again, cover the device and continue cooking for 2 hours at HIGHT regime.
