- chicken legs: 6 piece
- onion: 1 piece
- carrots: 2 piece
- olive oil: 1 Tbsp
- long-grain white rice: 210 g
- garlic: 4 clove
- salt: 1 tsp

Gently remove the meat from the chicken leg (or replace it with 250 g of checken breast).
