Apples with cinnamon - a classic combination with which it is impossible to make a mistake. And if you add to this the most delicate cottage cheese dough, success is guaranteed! This recipe doesn't need eggs, so it's a real find for lovers of healthy apple recipes.
Ingredients
- wheat flour: 180 g
- butter: 125 g
- sugar: 60 g
- cottage cheese: 100 g
- vanilla sugar: 1 tsp
- baking powder: 1 tsp
- apple: 2 piece
- cinnamon: 0.5 tsp
- brown sugar: 1 tsp
- pitted dried prune: 4 piece
- sugar powder: 1 Tbsp

Prepare the ingredients. Remove the oil in advance from the refrigerator so that it becomes room temperature. Sift flour with baking powder.
Whisk the white soft butter with sugar. -
Add cottage cheese, whisk. Add vanilla sugar and flour with baking powder, quickly knead the dough.

The dough is divided into two unequal parts, wrap each in a plastic bag and put in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Turn on the oven to warm up to 180 degrees. Most of the dough roll out right in the package with a thickness of 5-6 mm in size larger than the form (so that was enough for the sides).

Remove the dough from the bag and form the sides 3-4 cm, put the form with the dough in the refrigerator.

Peel the apples, cut them in half, remove the seed box. In each half of the apple put prunes.

Put the apples with the filling cut down, sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.

In another package roll out the rest of the dough. Break the top of the bag, empty the dough and turn it over, covering it with apples. Connect the edges of the cake.
Poke the top of the cake with a fork across the surface. -
Bake for 45-50 minutes in an oven.
Cool the ready cake and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
