It is very easy to make this very substantial chicken fillet dish. You may serve it with porridges, potatoe or vegetable salads. Surprise your family.
- dried rosemary : 1 Tbsp (use all dried species you like)
- black pepper : 1 tsp
- garlic : 4 clove
- olive oil : 1 Tbsp
- mustard : 1 tsp
- mayonnaise : 4 Tbsp
- hard cheese : 40 g
- paprika : 1 piece
- chicken breasts : 2 piece
Stages of cooking
Take two little soup-plates. Cut paprika and place it in one of the plates. In another mix mayonnaise, grated garlic, black pepper and dried rosemary. Spread this sauce (not all, leave some part) all over chicken breasts and leave for one hour.
Add 20 g of grated cheese to the sauce that was left. Mix with sliced paprika. Lay out this stuffing over chicken breasts.
Now roll chicken breasts into "bags" and place into an oiled baking form. Spread mayonnaise all over breasts with a kitchen brush.
Before placing baking form into an oven, sprinkle salt and hard cheese over chicken breasts. Bake in pre-heated to 190 degrees oven during 45 minutes. Now it is ready!
