Stages of cooking
-
Prepare ingredients.
-
Pork cut into small long pieces.
-
Add soy sauce, starch, if necessary, a little salt.
Stir, leave to marinate for 15-20 minutes, or more. -
Sweet pepper cut into thin long stripes. Chop the garlic.
-
Mix all the ingredients of the sauce.
-
Pour some oil into the pan, heat well.
Lay out half the pieces of pork, fry for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Then also fry the second part of the pork. Meat must be roasted in parts because if you lay out all the meat at once, the temperature in the pan will drop significantly, the meat will give out a lot of juice and will not roast, but rather stew. -
Remove the meat on a plate.
Fry the sweet pepper and garlic in a pan for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally. -
Return the pork to the pan, pour the sauce.
-
Add pineapples (if they are in the form of rings, then cut them into slices).
If desired, add a little red hot pepper if you want to make the spicy dish. -
Stir, pour 0.5-1 cup of hot water, bring to a boil, simmer on low heat under the lid for 5-10 minutes. If at the end of cooking a lot of liquid boiled away, add more hot water, this dish is tastier when there is a lot of sauce in it. Salt a little if necessary.
Immediately serve, best with rice, this is the perfect combination!
