Ingredients

  • butter : 220 g
  • sugar : 150 g (white)
  • brown sugar : 100 g
  • egg : 2 piece
  • vanilla essence : 2 tsp
  • whole-wheat flour : 350 g
  • baking powder : 1 tsp
  • salt : 1 pinch
  • chocolate drops : 270 g

  1. Whip butter at medium speed of a mixer until you get smooth creamy mass

  2. Add white and brown sugar and continue whipping for 2 more minutes

  3. Add eggs and vanilla essence, whip once again

  4. Take another bowl and mix flour, salt and baking powder. Add dry ingredients to the creamy mass and whip the ingredients well one more time

  5. Add chocolate drops to the dough

  6. Whip the dough once again to let all the ingredients mix properly

  7. Cover the baking pan with baking paper. Spoon the dough on it. 2 tablespoons of dough are enough for one cookie. Make sure to watch the distance between the cookies to prevent them from sticking to each other in the process of cooking
