- shallot: 1 piece (minced)
- cider vinegar: 0.25 cup
- sunflower seed oil: 0.25 cup
- Dijon mustard: 2 Tbsp
- honey: 0.5 tsp
- salt: 0.5 tsp
- ground black pepper: 0.25 tsp
- Brussels sprouts, trimmed, halved, and: 6 cups (sliced)
- Gala apples, cored and: 2 piece (sliced)
- cranberries: 0.5 cup (dried)
- almonds: 0.33333 cup (sliced)
- raw sunflower seed kernels: 0.33333 cup
- shelled, raw pumpkin seeds: 0.33333 cup
