- cottage cheese: 1 pack (16 ounce pack)
- Monterey Jack cheese: 1 pound (shredded)
- green Chilis: 2 cans (4 ounce cans, diced)
- eggs: 10 piece
- all-purpose flour: 0.25 cup
- baking powder: 1 tsp
- salt: 0.5 tsp
