A fresh and healthy salad featuring microgreens tossed in citrus juices, perfect as a side dish or a topping for toast.

Ingredients

  • extra-virgin olive oil: 2 Tbsp
  • freshly squeezed lemon juice: 1 Tbsp (plus more as needed)
  • freshly squeezed orange juice: 1 Tbsp (plus more as needed)
  • microgreens: 2 cup
  • salted sunflower seeds: 0.5 cup
  • Salt: 0 tsp

  1. In a bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, and orange juice.
