- nutmeg: 0.5 tsp
- black pepper: 0.5 tsp
- red pepper: 0.5 tsp
- garlic: 3 clove
- soy sauce: 50 ml
- vegetable oil: 50 ml
- potato: 50 g

Rinse and peel potatoes. Cut into thin strips. Place them into a bowl and rinse again.

Boil water into a pan. Place there potatoes and keep for about 1 minute, then place into a colander and rinse.
