A great way to use all those cucumbers you get from your plants! A little zing from the jalapeño and a burst of lime add a fresh taste to cucumbers in this refreshing fresh salsa.

Ingredients

  • medium cucumbers - peeled, seeded, and: 2 piece (chopped)
  • medium tomatoes: 2 piece (chopped)
  • green bell pepper: 0.5 cup (chopped)
  • jalapeño pepper: 1 piece (minced)
  • onion: 1 piece (chopped)
  • clove garlic: 1 piece (minced)
  • lime juice: 2 Tbsp
  • fresh parsley: 1 tsp (minced)
  • fresh cilantro: 2 tsp (minced)
  • dill weed: 0.5 tsp (dried)
  • salt: 0.5 tsp
  • Tortilla chips: 1 pack (12 ounce pack)
