This bright green salsa with tomatillos and kiwi is fruity and refreshing. Serve with tortilla chips.
Ingredients
- husked tomatillos: 1 cup (chopped)
- peeled kiwis: 1 cup (diced)
- green onions: 0.25 cup (sliced)
- lime juice: 3 Tbsp
- fresh cilantro (or to taste): 1 Tbsp (chopped)
- 1 to 2 teaspoons minced jalapeño:
- salt: 0.125 tsp
- black pepper: 0.125 tsp
