There are lots recipes of salads, but this one will certainly drive the attention of everyone, who likes seafood. The major ingredients of the salad are crabs and avocado, which perfectly combine with fresh vegetables. Hurry up to cook this delicious salad now!

Ingredients

  • crab : 700 g
  • mayonnaise : 2 Tbsp (homemade)
  • celery stalk : 1 piece (diced)
  • onion : 0.5 piece (small, diced)
  • cucumber : 2 piece (diced)
  • avocado : 1 piece (mashed)
  • lemon juice : 3 Tbsp
  • salt : 0.5 tsp
  • black pepper : 1 pinch
  • red pepper : 0.5 piece
  • yellow pepper : 0.5 piece
  • shallot : 2 piece (sliced thin)
  • red onion : 0.25 piece (sliced)

Stages of cooking

  1. Start cooking the salad with preparing and shelling the crab. 

  2. Mix it with 1 stalk of celery, 0.5 small onion, ¼ cup of diced cucumber, 0.5 avocado, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, salt, pepper and leave the salad in the fridge for about half an hour.

  3. Meanwhile, take one cucumber and slice it into thin pieces. Soak in water for about 20 minutes.

  4. Take a pan and mix shallot, peppers and garlic in it. Broil for about 5 minutes. Peel and cut the peppers and garlic into thin slices. Mix them with shallot. Add 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, onion and avocado. 

  5. Take a serving plate and place a bed of mixed greens in the center of it. Take a cucumber slice or several of them, bend them around the greens and fill it with the avocado-crab salad. Top with roasted pepper mix and serve! Enjoy!
