Tangy cranberry salsa, sweetened with a bit of sugar and spiced up with some minced jalapeño. It's quick and easy to make and always requested at gatherings. If not serving immediately, refrigerate and let come to room temperature when ready to serve.

  • white sugar: 0.75 cup
  • bunch cilantro: 1 piece (chopped)
  • bunch green onions, cut into 3 inch lengths: 1 piece
  • medium jalapeño pepper: 1 piece (minced)
  • medium limes: 2 piece (juiced)
  • pinch salt: 1 piece
